MECOMS™ and Dynamics Software join forces

The utilities market is rapidly changing. Ferranti Computer Systems and Dynamics Software have partnered to offer MECOMS™ Customer Care & Billing software with the Utilities Asset Management solution from Dynamics Software. This new offering gives a clear integrated view on processes and data which enables combining state of the art customer care and billing with best-in-class service and asset/service management. 

The complete solution is based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform which further strengthens the offering by providing ERP capabilities to manage the logistics and financial sides of the processes.
